About Karen

Karen Norgaard is a multifaceted woman with a passion for life. From a very young age she has been trained in self-help and psychology. She has dabbled in television, theater and dance. For more than fifteen years, she has been teaching children. She practices meditation and has a deep sense of spirituality.

 

Karen firmly believes in being prepared with tools for life, change and how to adapt to it. Her sensitivity to address social problems in depth offers a range of options for people to identify and expand their management of emotionally  and intelectual challenging situations. Through her experience and professionalism, she guide us with tools to use our minds for our advantage to overcome any event in our lives or achieve our personal and professional goals.

Her mission is to raise the level of consciousness of people through education and tools that allow them to understand the power of the mind (subconscious) to be able to manage your emotions and take control of your life.

To help you to eliminate any mental and emotional block that is preventing you to achieve your goals.

Academic Studies

Karen has a College degree in Communications (Corporative Communications), she worked for 5 years as a radio host with programs on Environmental Ecology and Life Coaching.

 

She completed a Masters in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) at the University of SRI, Oregon, USA and she also completed Anthony Robbins University majoring in Leadership.

 

Karen is also the author of the book "EVEN STRONGER" and completed a Certification in Hypnotherapy at HMI College (California, USA)
